Job Responsibilities:

Strategically develop a commercial customer base through targeted cold call sales efforts and systematic outreach.
Expand commercial clientele by subcontracting from cleaning companies, maintenance firms, and property management organizations.
Cultivate a residential customer base through referrals from satisfied commercial clients.
Acquire new residential customers by partnering with reputable maid services.
Leverage personal contacts and community networking groups to attract commercial and residential customers.
Conduct follow-up phone calls to convert on-site written estimates into confirmed business.
Nurture leads by consistently communicating with key contacts established during direct sales efforts.
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as established by management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. They should be comfortable with both B2B and B2C sales approaches and demonstrate a track record of successfully growing a diverse customer base in the service industry.

Proficiently calculate and prepare on-site job estimates

Hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
